The heart and soul behind Univë Med Spa, our CEO is a visionary leader who turned her dream into reality.
With more than two decades of experience as a dedicated physician, she has cared for countless patients with compassion and excellence throughout Florida and Puerto Rico.
Her medical career has been defined by an unwavering commitment to her patients’ well-being, always placing their health and care as her top priority. However, her most treasured role is being the mother of a wonderful son, who has been her greatest inspiration every step of the way.
She currently serves as a primary care physician in Florida while developing Univë Med Spa with the vision of creating a wellness sanctuary where personalized and holistic care can truly come to life.
At Univë Med Spa, she combines her medical expertise with her passion for helping others, creating a space where every client is treated like family.
Liliana Palma
Clinical Expert & Specialist Nurse
A Registered Nurse specialized in surgical instrumentation, with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, working in both emergency settings and operating rooms.
Her academic background includes a Professional Diploma in Facial and Body Aesthetics, along with certifications in advanced aesthetics, aesthetic technology, laser hair removal, mesotherapy, eyelash extensions, and lash lifting.
She has built her career in hospitals, clinics, and aesthetic centers across Venezuela, Uruguay, and the United States, standing out for her commitment, creativity, and empathy in every interaction with patients and clients. She also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Phlebotomy Technician, further strengthening her ability to provide safe, professional, and high-quality care.
She currently combines her solid clinical background with her passion for advanced aesthetics, offering personalized treatments that promote health, beauty, and overall well-being.
